Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Classes are taken barefoot to soul-stirring music in more than 45 countries. Trainings teach people how to get in their body, learn about The Body's Way and cultivate body-centered awareness. Every experience can be adapted to individual needs and abilities. Step into your own joyful journey with Nia, and positively shape the way you feel, look, think and live.
Move your practice off the earth with Aerial Yoga! Utilizing silk "nests," we'll use gravity to assist and deepen classic asanas, and even work through hammock-assisted inversions. You'll get plenty of therapeutic stretching and relaxation as well, finishing your practice in a silk cocoon savasana. Space is limited, so be sure to enroll in advance. Registration closes at 12pm on the day of the workshop.

Becca's approach to yoga is unintimidating, heartfelt and playful, her teaching style is influenced by Anusara traditions with a very grounding heart opening approach focusing on alignment both on and off the mat. After a few years of teaching yoga , she wanted to deepen her knowledge and ability to help people find freedom in their bodies so she enrolled in Massage school in 2011. Wanting to take her teaching one step further, In 2014 she started Yoga for the planet, a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher training focusing on cultivating self awareness.
