In our Partner Yoga Workshop, Brandon will teach you how to safely use the weight of two bodies, aligned with gravity to provide unique stretching and relaxation opportunities. This type of work is not reliant on exceptional strength or flexibility, but rather about learning how to channel what you already have. Partner Yoga allows you the opportunity to support each other in many different postures. It is mutually beneficial, as you are able to both give and receive support. As you learn to find new ways to approach a posture, your ability to find ease and endurance in that pose is enhanced. Most importantly, while you may fall over at some points, you are sure to have fun and find laughter. So bring a a friend, or come in search of new ones!

Becca's approach to yoga is unintimidating, heartfelt and playful, her teaching style is influenced by Anusara traditions with a very grounding heart opening approach focusing on alignment both on and off the mat. After a few years of teaching yoga , she wanted to deepen her knowledge and ability to help people find freedom in their bodies so she enrolled in Massage school in 2011. Wanting to take her teaching one step further, In 2014 she started Yoga for the planet, a 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher training focusing on cultivating self awareness.
