Recovery Yoga with Caroline and Sarah
This is a series of workshops based on the book "Mindfulness and the 12 Steps". We encourage you to start on Step One but you are free to attend any and all of these workshops. We will be exploring the use of tools including: meditationg, journaling, visualizing, and practicing gentle yoga. No experience required...only an open mind.

Introduction to Infant Massage with Kelly
Join licensed massage therapist and early childhood educator, Kelly Page for an afternoon with your baby. This workshop is recommended for all parents or caregivers and infants from six weeks to crawling age. Become familiar with the basic philosophy and techniques of infant massage as well as practice several specific strokes and sequences. Please bring a blanket or towel for your baby to lay on. We will provide the oils for use during class.

Kirtan Jam with Kimna Didi
Join us in sharing an eclectic mix of blissful funky songs of love, peace, and divine devotion. This is an opportunity to come together and have a soul-shakedown sing-a-long in the spirit of celebration and joy! No experience is necessary and drums and percusiion instruments are welcome.

Nia with Kim
Nia is a sensory based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts,
and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body,
mind, emotions, and spirit. Classes are taken barefoot to soul stirring music. Nia
classes balance form with freedom encouraging people to personalize the
movements making choices for pleasure and comfort. No experience necessary.

Meditation with Kathleen
Explore various meditation techniques from different traditions including breathing, concentration, and visualization practices. The simple practice of sitting down and turning inward can do wonders for your body and your mind.
Sunday 9/13, 10/11, and 11/1 from 8:45-9:15am
Move your practice off the earth with Aerial Yoga! Utilizing silk "nests," we'll use gravity to assist and deepen classic asanas, and even work through hammock-assisted inversions. You'll get plenty of therapeutic stretching and relaxation as well, finishing your practice in a silk cocoon savasana. Space is limited, so be sure to enroll in advance. Registration closes at 12pm on the day of the workshop.
* Please note our Cancellation Policy for workshops requires 24 hours of notice in order to change your reservation or request a refund.
** A minimum of 4 registrants is required. In the event that the workshop does not meet the minimum registration requirement by 12pm the day of, the workshop will be cancelled and refunds will be given.
***Those who tend to experience motion/sea sickness may want to take anti-motion sickness medicine or ginger 30 minutes before the class.
