Serving Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and beyond, Salty Dog is a welcoming studio with a laid back island vibe. We are passionate about Pilates, Barre, Yoga, wellness, play and the great outdoors. We don’t confine our practice to the four walls of a studio, we enjoy taking our practice out to the beach, the park and other local surroundings. At Salty Dog, our practice doesn’t end when we step off the mat, that is just the beginning. We believe service to be an integral part of the yogic path and participate in philanthropic opportunities throughout the year that are near and dear to our hearts, supporting our local community and beyond.
