BARRE & PILATES CLASSES
Balance your energy through a series of exercises that deepen your concentration, build your endurance, challenge your core strength and increase your flexibility. Classes will use elements from Pilates, strength training and play with a variety of core work. Some classes include incorporating weights to help cultivate strength.
One on one Pilates reformer training offers the opportunity to go deeper. With the use of pulleys, springs, straps and cables one is able to customize the practice for your body. The additions of weight and resistance can help to produce quick changes in your body. This is a low impact, full body workout designed specifically for YOU.
