There is a lot that can be done in five minutes. It is a common misconception that meditation means clearing the mind of all thoughts or sitting for long periods of time. This 5-5-5 video series offers a non-intimidating approach to meditation. Meditation and yoga teacher Kathleen Rankhorn, E-RYT 500 will offer five different meditation techniques for you to explore. Participants will be emailed five video recordings. Choose to practice the same technique for five days or practice a new one each day for the five days. Devote five minutes for five days a week for five weeks and witness the changes that occur.
