Rise is a journey for those called to deepen their yoga practice.  It is an opportunity of exploration for those looking to enhance and nurture the most important and often the most neglected relationship in one’s life, the relationship with oneself.  For those who are interested in exploring other tools of the yoga practice such as chanting, meditation, manifesting and energy work, we welcome you.

If you feel called to share the practice of yoga by teaching, graduates of our program will receive a 200 hour teacher certification approved by Yoga Alliance.

Due to the level of planning and scheduling involved in a teacher training all charges are nonrefundable.  Students are expected to attend all of the weekend workshops.  Makeup sessions can be schedule for an hourly fee.

This 200 hour teacher training will be co-lead by Leigh Ann Mertens, E-RYT 500 & Mandy Nicolau Bernard, E-RYT 500.  Leigh Ann has a background in Anusara and Iyengar yoga while Mandy has been teaching vinyasa flow.  It is our hopes that we offer you different perspectives to form the basis of your practice and teachings.

Several outside experts in our community will also be brought in to share their knowledge.
